My goal is to help restore functional, pain-free movement and maximise athletic performance. I specialise in musculoskeletal pain and injury, offering the highest standard of patient care, communicating with GPs to ensure the best course of treatment.

I start with a full musculoskeletal assessment to identify dysfunctional movement patterns and diagnose the injury, so you know exactly what's causing your pain. From there I use a combination of treatment techniques to reduce pain and restore function — and you leave every appointment with a rehab plan built with your input.

Whether you're an athlete chasing better performance or you just want to move and feel better day to day, the aim is the same: regain function and get you back to your best, as efficiently and stress-free as possible.

Frequently asked questions

Is athletic therapy the same as physio?

Athletic therapy and physiotherapy are separate professions. I'm a Certified Athletic Therapist (ARTI), not a physiotherapist. Many people looking for a physio in Baldoyle have a muscle, joint or sports injury, and that's exactly what athletic therapy specialises in: a full assessment, hands-on treatment and an exercise-based rehab plan to get you back to sport, training and everyday life.

What injuries do you treat?

Muscle, joint and sports injuries, including back pain, neck and shoulder pain, knee, hip and ankle injuries, muscle strains and tendon pain. Every appointment starts with an assessment so we know exactly what's causing the problem, and you leave with a rehab plan.

Can I claim athletic therapy on my health insurance?

Yes, depending on your plan. Athletic therapy is covered by VHI, Laya Healthcare, Irish Life Health and Level Health. Check your policy for your level of cover.
